Question about Kennels

Can we bring our own food?
Yes, although we provide the finest in food and monitor your pets eating habits whilst they are here with us, we would gladly accommodate your feeding requirements.

What if my dog is on medication?
We pride ourselves on individual attention and our health reports ensure your dog receives the correct medication at the correct time.

Do I need to vaccinate my pet?
Yes. For protection of your pet and to keep our kennels safe and clean, we require all dogs to have a vaccination certificate of C5 at least 14 days prior to their stay with us, and all cats to have a vaccination certificate of F3.

Can our pets bring their own toys and bedding?
Yes. You are welcome to bring either 1 item of bedding or 1 toy, at your own risk. We also provide our guests with mats, blankets and a variety of dog cushions. Please make sure your pets name is written on all of their belongings.

Can we inspect the kennels and cattery?
Of course. We are very proud of our kennels, cattery and its cleanliness.
Our inspection times are Thurs, Fri & Sat between 11 am and 12 noon.

What should I bring along with my dog?
A current vaccination certificate of C5 and any bedding that you wish your pets to have. We also ask that your dog wear a collar with some sort of identification.

Does our pet need to be up to date with flea and worm treatment?
Yes. Flea and worming treatment must be administered before entering the kennels/cattery.

Are reservations required?
As we are quite a small boarding kennels with fantastic facilities, it is best to book ahead to avoid disappointment.

Am I charged for the day my pet is checking out?
Costs are inclusive of the first day, regardless of arrival time.
On day of departure, if your pet is collected before 10 am then you are not charged for that day. After 10am, then you are charged for that day.

When am I required to pay for boarding?
You are required to pay at the commencement of the booking. We accept Direct Deposit, Cash, Credit or Eftpos.
